Considering your safety and well-being as our top priority, some services and room amenities are adjusted according to the government’s health protocols and guidelines. In Melite Luxury Suites & Apartmemts, together we take responsible action to stop the spread of COVID-19 in order to protect our customers and human resources and at the same time to offer a unique experience without stress during your vacation.
Hotel
All cleaning and disinfection protocols are meticulously observed for the rooms cleaning and special attention is paid to high touch surfaces as well as in all common areas. The accommodation is further disinfected after each departure. Disinfectant hand dispensers have been installed in specific areas throughout the hotel. Use them before and after entering elevators and public restrooms.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served hot in a basket with individual product packages. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast of their choice on their premises and even by the pool. All the appropriate cleaning and disinfection procedures are applied.
Staff
All employees have been trained in the COVID-19 safety and hygiene protocols and are subjected to daily inspections to ensure their health. All employees are equipped with masks.
Pool
Our pool is thoroughly cleaned every morning with approved disinfectants, according to the Cleaning & Disinfection Protocol.
